Tom Dunn, Registrar of Voters

Tom has served as Registrar since he was first elected in 1994.

Ensuring Fair Elections

As Registrar he has been instrumental in the smooth transition from the old lever voting machines to the new optical scanning machines.

Through his membership in the Registrars of Voters Association of Connecticut, Tom has promoted constructive changes in the election statutes and procedures for voter registration.

Professional, Educational & Family Background

Prior to his tenure as Registrar, Tom held various positions in accounting, finance and internal auditing with the former Continental Group. A 30-year resident of Darien, Tom and his wife Wanda raised their children in Darien. Tom Dunn is a graduate of Holy Cross College.
